Membership Information and Terms

  • Auto-enrolled for 12 months. A 60-day written cancellation notice must be emailed to info@dolceorganicsalon.com

  • • Cancellation fee is 50% of monthly premium if cancelled prior to completion of the initial 12-month term

  • • Memberships automatically renew for an additional 12 months if no written cancellation is received

  • • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable

  • • Memberships may not be paused, frozen, or temporarily suspended at any time during the membership term

  • • Unused services do not rollover

  • • Members may allow another person to use their monthly membership services up to two (2) times during the 12-month membership term under the following conditions:
     - This is not permitted during the first 3 months of the membership
     - A minimum of 60 days must pass between each allowance
     - Member must notify Dolce Organic Salon, Med Spa & Salt Room in writing prior to the appointment
     - The guest using the services must follow all spa policies, including the 24-hour cancellation/change policy
     - Gratuity is not included and remains the responsibility of the guest receiving services

  • • 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or change of appointment in order to avoid a 20% cancellation fee

  • • A $40 NSF fee will be added to account for any declined payment

  • • A $50 fee will be added to account for any reversed charge

  • • Gratuity is not included in membership fee

  • • Clients must follow spa rules and regulations. Dolce Organic Salon, Med Spa & Salt Room reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason
